Anu Sachar is the Founder Partner of AnantOm Consulting Carve Your Path LLP, based in Mumbai, India. Her journey into coaching has been shaped deeply by her upbringing and her professional training. Growing up in an Armed Forces family, with her father serving in the Indian Army, she was exposed early to the values of fairness, discipline, and respect for diversity.


This environment helped build a strong foundation for her belief in creating equitable workplaces and inclusive societies. Living within India’s vast multicultural and multilingual landscape further broadened her perspective and influenced the way she understands human behavior, growth, and connection. Anu is a psychologist, yoga teacher, and coach. She is deeply inspired by the infinite potential of human beings and the idea that individuals already hold the resources they need within themselves. Through her work, she feels privileged to witness clients rediscover these inner strengths and use them to manifest lives that are fulfilling, meaningful, and aligned with their authentic selves.

The bedrock of Anu’s coaching practice lies in her GIFTS model and Integrated-workTM framework. These approaches integrate insights from yoga, psychology, and higher self-awareness. They form the foundation of her holistic coaching philosophy and act as key differentiators in her work. Clients seamlessly create ’wholeness’ within, transcending deeper beyond safety, trust and goals.

A core belief guiding her work is that when individuals are resourced within, their highest potential naturally begins to express itself in both personal and professional areas of life. Guiding core values are –

            •          Non-violence (Ahimsa) – toward self and others forms an important pillar of this process. This includes non-violent thoughts, words, and actions, and cultivating harmony through unconditional acceptance of self and others. Compassionate and non-judgmental thinking supports emotional well-being and inner balance.

            •          Self-realization (Satya) – By practicing honesty with oneself and tapping into inner stillness, individuals create space to process their thoughts and emotions. This allows responses to life’s situations to become more authentic rather than reactive.

            •          Abundance (Asteya) –  gratitude and integrity  helps clients appreciate what already exists and recognize that the source they often seek externally is already present within.

            •          Empowerment (Brahmacharya) – behavior leading to Brahman’(‘divinity’, ‘higher consciousness’. By integrating non-violence, truth, and abundance, individuals learn to channel their energy mindfully toward meaningful outcomes.

            •          Letting go and mindfulness (Aparigraha)  – Through self-awareness, clients learn to unconditionally embrace both their light and shadow, integrating all aspects of their being with acceptance.

True clarity comes from aligning thought, emotion, and action with awareness.

One significant example from Anu’s coaching journey involved a US-based organization undergoing a merger with an Asian company. Cultural differences, combined with unclear organizational direction and volatile external conditions, created complexity, miscommunication, and uncertainty. Teams began to feel less capable and less confident about their role in the newly merged entity.

Through focused exploration of shared values such as belonging, purpose, teamwork, and integrity, leaders and teams began to reframe uncertainty into clarity and direction. Volatility was reinterpreted through vision, unconditional positive regard, adaptability, and agility. Using insights from GIFTS  model and Integrated-workTM teams learned to cultivate inner stillness even amidst constant movement and change.

By quieting mental chatter and developing mind-body-spirit awareness, leaders and teams gained clarity, emotional balance, and confidence. This awareness extended beyond physical well-being to influence thoughts, emotions, and cognitive perspectives. As people became internally resourced, success factors were co-created by aligning personal strengths, learning, and the practical demands of emerging roles. A strong focus on inclusive communication and belonging further strengthened relationships across cultures. As a result, the organization reported a significant rise in engagement, including a notable increase in highly engaged teams within the first year.

Looking ahead, Anu envisions AnantOm Consulting Carve Your Path LLP “ To be the most holistically integrated life coaching organization globally.”   Alongside expanding its online presence, plans are to establish a well-being facility offering immersive, in-person coaching experiences that combine yoga, psychology, and other complementary modalities. Through this vision, Anu hopes to support individuals in aligning with their authentic selves, integrating both light and shadow, and moving forward with balance, clarity, and a sense of shared oneness.
