Laura Laurenzi’s journey into the insurance industry began while she was at college in Connecticut. Like many students, she needed a part-time job, and an opportunity arose when The Hartford opened its AARP Auto and Homeowner Service Center near her campus.

Denise Campbell’s journey into the insurance industry began unexpectedly. With a degree in music, she initially had no plans to enter the world of commercial insurance. However, seeking stability in her career, she accepted a role as an administrative assistant at the home office of an insurance carrier. Her team primarily focused on multinational offerings, an area she knew little about at the time. She initially intended to stay for just a year or two before returning to the music industry, but that was sixteen years ago.

Prudence Chang’s journey into the insurance industry was an unexpected yet rewarding one. Initially working as a real estate agent, she was conducting an appraisal for the then-manager of NCI Vic when she was invited to join the company. That moment marked the beginning of a fulfilling career that has now spanned 19 years. Reflecting on her time in the industry, she expresses immense satisfaction and gratitude for the opportunity to grow within the company and contribute meaningfully to the field.

Sue Coulter’s career journey has been shaped by her expertise in digital transformation and customer experience, with a strong foundation in retail banking before transitioning into the insurance industry. Before joining AIA in 2018, she held senior leadership roles at Credit Union Australia, moving from General Manager of Business Transformation to Chief Digital Officer. Prior to that, she led major expansion programs at BankWest.
