Her professional journey began in business analytics and project management, where she worked across cities including Karachi, Budapest, Paris, and Berlin. These international experiences exposed her to different cultures, industries, and ways of thinking. During this time, she noticed that while technology was advancing rapidly, children were often introduced to important digital skills much later than they should be. Rather than waiting for change to happen, she decided to create a solution that would prepare young minds for tomorrow’s world.

This vision led to the creation of Train the Future, an academy designed specifically for children between the ages of 6 and 18. The organization focuses on making advanced technologies easy to understand through practical and engaging learning experiences. Instead of simply teaching students how to use technology, it encourages them to build games, create applications, design robots, and explore artificial intelligence through real projects. The goal is to help children become confident creators who can shape the future with knowledge and imagination.
Sama believes that exposure is the foundation of opportunity. In today’s world, children interact with technology every day, but many never learn how the systems behind these tools actually work. She wants to close this gap by introducing coding, robotics, and AI at an early age. Her approach helps students understand technology while building important life skills such as logical thinking, creativity, teamwork, and confidence.

Like many entrepreneurs, Sama has faced challenges while building her company. Establishing a business in Germany as an international founder required her to navigate regulations, funding opportunities, recruitment, and trust-building simultaneously. As a woman working in both technology and education, she also had to demonstrate credibility quickly. Instead of allowing these challenges to slow her progress, she used them as motivation to build a stronger and more respected organization.
Her efforts have produced impressive results within a relatively short period. Train the Future has expanded to multiple locations across Berlin while building a dedicated network of skilled teachers. The academy has earned recognition as a “Digitale Schule” by MINT Zukunft schaffen, has been ranked among Berlin’s leading children’s educational activities, and has successfully prepared student teams for the World Robot Olympiad, where participants achieved two third-place finishes. These achievements reflect the quality of education and the confidence students develop through the academy’s programs.
For Sama, true success is measured by the growth of each learner. She believes impact is visible when children proudly present their projects, continue learning beyond beginner courses, and develop the courage to solve complex problems independently. Parent feedback, student progression, competition participation, and long-term engagement all help demonstrate the academy’s lasting influence.
