Originally trained as a nurse, she was inspired by her mother—an esthetician—to explore the world of cosmetic treatments, and quickly fell in love with the field. Today, Marjori is known for her subtle, personalized approach, helping clients feel confident and beautiful without appearing overdone.


Ashley Harris’s journey into the world of aesthetics began with a love for makeup and creativity. From an early age, she found joy in working with her hands and expressing herself through artistry. Initially curious about makeup artistry, Ashley began researching the field and discovered that it fell under the umbrella of esthetics. This discovery opened a new path for her, and after comparing several schools, she enrolled in an esthetics program. There, she unexpectedly fell in love with skincare, which soon became the foundation of a fulfilling and ever-evolving career.
Amanda Jackson’s journey into the world of aesthetics and cosmetics began in 2009, when she enrolled in cosmetology school at the age of 18. Even as a student, she quickly discovered her passion for hair removal, especially waxing, which soon became her specialty. Among the various services she was trained in, Brazilian waxing stood out as her niche—an extremely personal and detail-oriented service. After earning her cosmetology license in 2011, Amanda started her professional career at a high-end day spa in Saginaw Township, Michigan.


Jordyn Harman
Jordyn Harman’s journey into the world of aesthetics and cosmetics began in 2019, while she was working full-time in Family Medicine. She took a continuing medical education course on Botox and filler with a friend from nurse practitioner school. The experience turned out to be more than just educational—it awakened something in her. The instructor saw a natural talent in Jordyn, telling her she had an “aesthetic eye” and was skilled at injecting from the start.

Reagan Sotelo
Reagan Sotelo’s journey into the world of aesthetics and cosmetics began with a bold decision to change the course of her life. In early 2017, she graduated from the very first esthetics program at Douglas J Aveda Institute in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She was 27 years old at the time, stepping into a new field after years of searching for a path that truly fit. Before that, Reagan had earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Cornerstone University in 2011. Like many people fresh out of college, she entered the workforce and took on several customer service and sales jobs.
