A major turning point in Esmeralda’s career came in 2018 when she launched Elite Vision Media. She started the company with nothing but a clear dream—to use media as a tool for telling real stories and creating cultural impact. Over time, the firm gained recognition and was featured in more than 100 global publications. That moment showed her that purpose-driven work always finds its place. She is grateful for the growth, but even more thankful for the impact it’s had on others.
Esmeralda believes that to succeed in today’s fast-changing business world, certain qualities are non-negotiable. She highlights adaptability, emotional intelligence, authenticity, and strong execution as key traits.

Much of Esmeralda’s inspiration comes from her roots. She proudly celebrates her Dominican heritage and the strength of the women in her family. She recalls always feeling clean, full, and loved, even in the face of struggle. That strength and resourcefulness taught her early on that success starts with vision, grit, and love. These lessons remain the foundation of her journey today.
When asked about her greatest achievement, Esmeralda doesn’t point to awards or numbers. Instead, she talks about impact. She sees her proudest moments in the platforms she’s created to help others.
