Before building her consulting business, SP Fong held leadership positions in major organizations, including serving as Director of Customer Service and Logistics at Colgate-Palmolive across countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, and the Philippines. During this period, she managed large-scale supply chain operations and played a key role in transformation and digitization initiatives. Her experience as the SAP Lead for Colgate-Palmolive APAC further strengthened her understanding of operational excellence, strategic planning, and business efficiency.

These experiences gave her valuable insight into the challenges organizations face in leadership, communication, teamwork, and operational performance. She realized that many businesses needed training programs that were not only informative but also practical and immediately applicable in the workplace. This realization inspired her to establish SP Training & Business Consulting with the goal of helping organizations strengthen their people, improve productivity, and prepare for future business challenges.
