Megan Bowen is the CEO and majority owner of Refine Labs, a B2B marketing agency that helps mid-market and enterprise technology companies grow through stronger brand, demand, and expansion strategies. In her current role, she focuses on shaping the company’s long-term vision, defining strategy, and ensuring the organization performs at a high level while maintaining a strong culture.
Women’s Bean Project
Tamra Ryan became the leader of Women’s Bean Project in 2003 because she was deeply inspired by its business model. Women’s Bean Project is an employment social enterprise that operates as a nonprofit organization. It is built on the belief that all women have the power to transform their lives through employment. The organization hires women facing chronic unemployment for a period of six to nine months.
