In 2005, she co-founded the Green Youth Movement (GYM) with her daughter, Ally, to promote environmental awareness. One of GYM’s greatest achievements has been the successful integration of environmental education into elementary school curricula in California.

Throughout her career, Rochelle has had numerous memorable success stories, but one of her most significant achievements was the sale of The Robert Taylor Ranch in Brentwood’s Mandeville Canyon. At 112 acres, it was the largest property in Los Angeles at the time. Having attended major charitable functions on the ranch as a young adult, she had a personal connection to the property. When it came to market, she recognized its unique value and matched it with a client looking for a large private estate. The property will soon be back on the market after a decade, and Rochelle will once again be handling its sale.
