At EliteX, we are proud to have Jet Xavier as part of 10 Elite Leaders in Real Estate, 2024.

Jet’s journey into the real estate industry began 13 years ago when he identified a gap in the market. At the time, training in real estate was predominantly focused on scripts and dialogues. Jet saw an opportunity to introduce high-performance mindset coaching, becoming the first in the industry to focus on mental resilience and success. Motivated by the dynamic nature of the real estate sector, Jet appreciates the constant challenge it presents. Real estate agents face a monthly reset, requiring them to demonstrate resilience, tenacity, and a drive to succeed. Jet finds this energy and determination to be a significant factor in his commitment to the industry.

“The Revive Project has significantly changed how the industry approaches the wellness of its people and its link to high performance.”

One of Jet’s most challenging projects was his personal journey. Hailing from a dysfunctional family and leaving home at the age of 14, Jet faced severe adversities, including homelessness, addiction, and involvement in violent crime. At 17, he overdosed on heroin and narrowly survived, witnessing the tragic death of his girlfriend. Despite being wrongfully charged with manslaughter, Jet was eventually acquitted. His resilience and refusal to give up in the face of such overwhelming obstacles have been crucial in his personal and professional development.

Jet’s leadership style is defined by authenticity and a strong sense of ownership. He doesn’t just aim to inspire and influence; he strives to make a tangible impact that drives real change in his team. His approach encourages individuals to achieve their best by embodying these principles in every interaction and training session. Jet Xavier stands out as a transformative figure in high-performance coaching, particularly within the real estate industry. His personal experiences and professional insights continue to inspire and elevate those he works with, making him a pivotal player in the field of high performance.

For aspiring real estate professionals looking to make a significant impact in the industry, Jet Xavier offers clear advice: “Learn the art of delaying gratification and focus on the process, not just the outcome. There are no shortcuts—commit to doing the work. Practice self-awareness to understand what holds you back and always strive to improve.”

Jet Xavier’s career is marked by several standout successes. One of his proudest achievements is his work with client Lucas Pratt, an elite agent who has achieved over $3 million in Gross Commission Income in a year. Lucas credits Jet with helping him clear emotional obstacles and improve his mental game, saying, “It is critical to have a mentor/coach. Jet has helped me understand the mental game and how to use mental energy for better performance.”

Another major accomplishment is Jet’s initiative in wellness and wellbeing within the real estate industry. He founded The Revive Project, Australia’s first wellness and wellbeing research specifically for real estate professionals. This groundbreaking project has significantly changed how the industry approaches the wellness of its people and its link to high performance. The Revive Project produced two influential research white papers over five years and led to the publication of Jet’s book, “Champions Cry Too,” an Amazon best-seller available at www.championscrytoo.com.au. Additionally, Jet’s commitment to personal development extends beyond his professional work. In 2019, he led a group of 12 real estate professionals on a transformative trek to Base Camp Mt. Everest. This journey not only offered personal growth opportunities but also raised thousands of dollars for young women in crisis in Nepal.

Looking ahead, Jet Xavier’s aspirations are focused on continuing to guide people toward aligning their minds and hearts to achieve the success they deserve. His dedication to high performance and personal development remains unwavering, as he aims to make an even greater impact in the years to come.
