Breaking Limits: Jude Daunt’s Journey to Transformation

Jude Daunt is the founder of the Unbreakable Mindset Method®. She works closely with private clients, including high-profile individuals and celebrities, to help them develop a strong and resilient mindset. In February 2022, she launched the Unbreakable Mindset Academy, which provides an accredited certification for those what want to become coaches to deliver this powerful transformational framework. At EliteX, we are proud to have Jude Daunt as part of the edition: Transformational Female Coaches to Follow, 2025.

Her journey into coaching was deeply personal. From an early age, she struggled with depression and anxiety. Despite trying various forms of therapy, nothing seemed to work. Then, tragedy struck when her fiancé took his own life. After being engulfed in grief for some time, she went back into depression, eventually resulting in an eating disorder. However, her turning point came when she met a life coach who completely transformed her mindset. This experience sparked her journey into personal growth, and she has now been free from depression for over 20 years. Jude’s passion lies in helping people break free from anxiety and mental limitations so they can reach their highest potential. She believes many coaches are drawn to the profession because they want to support others through struggles they have experienced themselves. Her work focuses on providing clients with the tools they need to achieve lasting mental freedom.

The mind won’t change by thinking alone. Action is what rewires it.

Transformation in coaching, according to Jude, can be measured on a scale of 1 to 10. The red zone (1-3) represents deep struggles, where daily anxiety makes even simple tasks overwhelming. The amber zone (4-7) is where individuals are merely getting by, often feeling stuck in autopilot mode. The green zone (8-10) is where true transformation happens. Clients in this space feel content, motivated, and grounded in self-belief and self-worth. Every client she works her aim is to get them to the green zone through the Unbreakable Mindset Method.

One of the most rewarding aspects of her work is witnessing the transformation in people who have tried numerous therapies without success. Many of her clients come to her feeling hopeless, believing nothing will change. However, after working with her, they not only break free from negative mental cycles but also achieve milestones they never thought possible. Some go on to build fulfilling relationships, while others see a significant financial increase, earning two to three times more than before. The biggest challenge her clients face is the fear of not being good enough. Many people compare themselves to others, which only deepens their struggles. One of the final stages of her Unbreakable Mindset Method focuses on building self-worth and confidence. Through this process, clients recognise their strengths, step into their power, and begin addressing areas of their lives they previously avoided.

Jude believes that true transformation happens in the middle ground between traditional life coaching and therapy. While life coaching helps people move forward, it does not always address the root cause of their struggles. Therapy, on the other hand, focuses on the struggle but may not provide a clear path forward. Her approach helps clients understand why they self-sabotage, identify anxiety triggers, and develop coping mechanisms they can use for life.

“Mindset is at the core of transformation—it shapes every action and decision.”

As a coach, Jude continuously seeks personal growth. She understands that true motivation comes from stepping outside of her comfort zone. At least once a month, she challenges herself to do something her younger self would have never believed possible. This mindset fuels her commitment to self-improvement and helps her stay connected to her clients’ journeys. Mindset, in her view, is at the core of transformation. It influences every action and decision a person makes, shaping how they experience daily life. No matter what external challenges arise, a strong mindset allows individuals to navigate obstacles with resilience and clarity.

Balancing coaching, leadership, and personal life has been an important part of Jude’s journey. In the past, she struggled with procrastination and feeling overwhelmed. Recognizing this pattern early on, she implemented strategies to prevent herself from falling back into it. These strategies now help her manage both her business and personal responsibilities effectively. She compares life to juggling balls—some are plastic, some are glass. As long as she only drops the plastic ones, nothing will break. For her, family and business are the glass balls that must be prioritized.

For those aspiring to become coaches, she emphasizes the importance of doing personal work first. At the Unbreakable Mindset Academy, students must undergo their own transformation while learning the methodology. She believes a coach cannot effectively guide others through challenges they have not worked through themselves. However, those willing to commit to their own growth will naturally inspire and impact their future clients. Throughout her journey, Jude has been influenced by thought leaders like Eckhart Tolle. She appreciates how he simplifies personal growth while encouraging people to keep their egos in check. One of her top recommendations for personal development is Tolle’s book, Practicing the Power of Now. Additionally, she recommends her own podcast, The Unbreakable Mindset Podcast, which provides insights and guidance on mental resilience.

Looking ahead, she envisions a future where coaching is recognized as a transformational therapy with the power to change lives. She is committed to expanding the reach of the Unbreakable Mindset Academy, certifying more coaches, and continuing to make a meaningful impact.
