Her curiosity and drive led her to delve into Sales, Marketing, and Operations, where she found her true calling. It was in Operations that Robyn discovered her passion for the hands-on aspect of the business, a realization that would shape the rest of her career.

Determined to master the art of selling, Robyn took a bold step and transitioned to working for a direct manufacturer in the Division 10 space. Here, she honed her sales skills while simultaneously contributing to training and leading sales teams. However, her involvement didn’t stop at sales; she continued to engage with operations, further solidifying her expertise. This diverse experience across multiple facets of the industry eventually led Robyn to realize her dream of running her own design-build firm, a milestone that she regards as one of the most significant achievements in her career. In her current role as Vice President of Project Development, Robyn brings her extensive experience to the table, serving as a key communication link in the design-build process. Her responsibilities include overseeing policies, procedures, systems, collaboration, and integration, ensuring that every project runs smoothly from inception to completion. Robyn’s role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards that her company is known for, and she takes pride in the impact she makes on each project she is involved in.

Additionally, Robyn has been inspired by Sharon Lechter, co-author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, who has been a coach and mentor to her for years. Another key influence in Robyn’s career is Bob Clark, Chairman and Founder of Clayco, from whom she continues to learn every day. In terms of skills, Robyn emphasizes the importance of listening and communication. She believes that being able to have tough conversations and confront issues respectfully is essential for success in the construction industry. Robyn’s ability to communicate effectively has been a cornerstone of her career, enabling her to lead teams, manage projects, and navigate the complexities of the industry with confidence.
