Veronica Bay was always a lover of luxury and traveling. She enjoyed the finer things in life and had a passion for creating unique experiences. It was this passion that led her to found The Only International in 2018, a luxury concierge service catering to the needs of high net worth individuals (HNWIs).

The Only International’s motto is “The Only Concierge You Ever Need”, and their mission is to provide their clients with luxurious service to the highest standard. They offer a one-stop-shop for all luxury leisure needs, including villa rentals, yachts, private chefs, drivers, and catering. The Only International operates in key leisure destinations around the world, such as Mykonos, Tulum, and Courchevel.
As a female leader, Veronica believes that the qualities necessary for leadership are the same regardless of gender – patience, persistence, courage, and compassion. She unplug from work by indulging in her love of skiing and other outdoor sports. Veronica sees her work as a life passion and wouldn’t trade it for any 9 to 5 job.

When it comes to gender equality, Veronica believes in treating people based on their skills and commitment to the company rather than their gender. She values the importance of remaining true to oneself and not losing sight of one’s femininity in a leadership role.
Looking forward, Veronica plans to extend her on-the-ground team in key destinations and add more desired destinations to their professional map. Her advice to other ambitious women is to be fearless, not to doubt oneself, and just do it. She believes that by being courageous and exploring, like-minded people, more knowledge, and opportunities will come along the way.
